Name: Dr. Kochin

Special Attacks/Abilities:
Energy blast from walking staff, machine gun arm

History: 50 years ago, Dr. Kochin was the assistant of the great Dr. Wheelo, but unfortunately for them Dr Wheelo died and it was up to Dr. Kochin to keep his body alive. He placed the brain of his former boss into a machine that kept it or him alive until a suitable body could be found. Before he could finish the job though, an ice avalanche sealed his boss into an impenetrable mountain of ice, preventing their goal of world conquest.

50 years later, Dr. Kochin finally gathered the 7 Dragonball balls and wished the ice sheets melted that were imprisoning his master. Oolong and Gohan see this and rush home without telling anyone. Only a little while later, Dr. Kochin shows up at Kami House requesting that Master Roshi come with him to meet Dr. Wheelo. Of course, Master Roshi refuses the request but is forced to go when Dr. Kochin takes Bulma hostage.Back at Dr. Wheelo’s lab in the arctic, Dr. Kochin unleashes his Androids against Master Roshi who holds his own for a little while before they prove to be more than a match for him.Goku then shows up to save Bulma and Roshi and fights the creations of Dr. Kochin easily defeating them. Upon arriving at the central room, Goku starts to fight the mind controlled Piccilo while Dr. Kochin begins fighting Gohan and Krillin with his Ki Powered walking stick and his machine gun arm. He loses easily to them and is then betrayed by Dr. Wheelo when Dr. Wheelo releases his Android body from its station in the wall and causes Dr. Kochin to fall into the gap created by it.  On his descent, you find out Dr. Kochin was nothing more than an Android made by Dr. Wheelo when electricity fries his body leaving nothing left but a metal corpse.
