| Being made from the same model as Dr. Gero, Android 19 has the ability to absorb any amount of energy through two red orbs in his hands whether it be absorbing energy from a person or just converting a Ki blast into storage energy in his body. He differs from the other Androids as he doesn’t have unlimited energy, so if he is to become stronger or more powerful he has to absorb more from one of the mentioned ways before.Android 19 first shows up with Android 20 on an island city where they are discovered by the Z fighters. Not wanting to hurt the inhabitants of the city, the Z fighters find a secluded spot to duke it out. The first fight that happens is between 19 and Goku. 19 quickily dispatches of Goku not because Goku was weaker than he, but because of the heart virus that just recently began to plague his body. Before Android 19 can finish Goku off though, Vegeta jumps into the fight.It is easy to see Android 19 is no match for Vegeta, especially after he transforms into his Super Saiyan form. Android 19 tries many times to absorb Vegeta’s energy so Vegeta decides it best to just rip off the arms that do it. Though a robot with no personality, Android 19 becomes scared and tries to flee where Vegeta finishes the poor robot once and for all with an energy attack, leaving only his head behind. |
