| What can be said about Android 14 though is that he was created by Dr. Gero’s computer after Dr. Gero’s death to continue to try and assassinate Goku. It isn’t clear when exactly in the Dragon Ball Z time line Android 14 appears only that it’s after the death of Dr. Gero and before the Buu saga which doesn’t really make any sense since Goku is dead in the time line but alive in the movie (but that’s a Dragon Ball Z movie for you).Android 14 first appears with Android 15 in a downtown shopping area and proceeds to attack the surrounding area where Goku oon puts a stop to it and asks if they can continue their fight in a more secluded area. So after reaching their new icy surroundings, the fight commences once more. Goku takes care of 15 while 14 is left to Trunks to battle alone. The two exchange blows back and forth and throughout the match it seems pretty even. At one time it even looks like Trunks is no match for Android 14 as the Android never seems to be losing any steam. This comes to a halt finally when Trunks turns into a Super Saiyan and quickly dispatches the giant robot with a few slices of his sword. Like Android 15, Android 14 is absorbed into he body of Android 13 to create Super Android 13, who does provide a challenge to the warriors.
